My Week 4 Weekly Reflection
This Week I have done really well! I have completed 10 tasks so far with only two to go, my year 8 learning task and my weekly reflection which as you can tell I have now completed 11 tasks! I think the reason why I have done so well is because I've been sitting on my own and getting my work done.

Week 3 Weekly Reflection
This week was all about IE’s, on Thursday I shared with my learning team ( Swamp Fox’s ) and Piako Eels, I told them about the layers of the ocean, marine animals, and marine plants! When I was presenting I think I was looking at my paper too much but overall I think I did well. On Friday Marama ( My Class ) shared our IE’s with the whole school including some parents, I really enjoyed sharing my learning because everyone was so interested!

IT
Out of the darkness a pale hand reached out, it looked as if it was rotten with ripped skin and black ooze dripping from it, with a blank mind I reached my hand out to hold it when suddenly I woke up, my eyes were tired and wanted to stay closed so I layed there for a minute or so thinking about my strange dream. I wiped my face and pried myself from the bed, walking to my closet, I realised there was black goo on my hand, it looked like the same goo I saw in my dream, when I looked at it I felt sad and cold as if the world was collapsing around me, was I going crazy, I blinked rapidly and looked again to see nothing but my normal hand. I decided to ignore it and continue searching for my uniform within the depths of my closet.

End Of Term Reflection
Today is the last day of the term so that means... ITS TIME TO REFLECT!!!! My three favorite things about this term would have to be Learning In The Making because there was such variety and awesomeness mashed into two days! Current Events Quizzes because it was kind of like a fun learning break to see who's the best of the best and finally The House Team Challenges because they were so different and fun at the same time. Something that I learned this year is that plants cant live at the bottom of the ocean if it's not within 600 feet. A goal for next term would have to be doing extra blog posts on time.

Volleyball Tournament
(Google Images)
Today at Hauraki Plains College my class (Marama) went to play a tournament of volleyball, we split up into groups of around six or seven, in my team there was Tawa, Kaitlyn, Josh, Sam, Brooke, Hayley and me. Our team (The Digs) won four games of seven, and even though we didn't win the tournament we had fun plus I got the sportsmanship award.

Man Sets Bee Beard Record
Juan Carlos Noguez Ortiz has no fear of bees, and on Wednesday in Toronto he definitely proved it. “I wanted to show people that they don’t have to be scared of the bees,” said Ortiz. He wore the bee beard for 61 minutes in front of a crowd at Yonge-Dundas Square, beating the previous record of 53 minutes, 34 seconds. Peter Dickey, the master beekeeper at Dickey Bee Honey Farm, provided the bees for the stunt.

Weekly Reflect Week 6
Today At school the drama group at college performed for us at the event center, it was quite funny because the ''narrator'' had to play different roles like a mum of three dinosaurs? Even though it may seem strange I really enjoyed it!
