Map Maker

This Week for book club I chose to do Map Maker. Map Maker is when you can go on-line or on paper and make a map about the book you and your group is reading. 
      
                                        This is my Map Maker
On the Right hand side is the parking lot,The grey rectangle with the lines is the court, Those green puffy things are bushes, The Orange rectangle is the main room (It has lines because its the roof),The brown square the lines is were all the things are stored, Next to the court is the girls dorm and on the other side is the boys dorm.

New and improved learning space

On Thursday at school the teachers decided that they wanted to change our learning spaces around. They gave us a big peace of paper and asked us to do a plus minus and ideas. On the back we had to draw a floor plan in a group. My group was Ashling,Me,Charlotte,Ana-Louise,Paige and Amber. After we and every body else wrote there plus,minus and ideas the teacher asked us to hand it in and we could go off to lunch. While we were at lunch the teachers used our ideas and made one big floor plan of our class. They made the Quiet Zone the Hub and they made the Hub the quiet zone. I hope you enjoyed my blog!

Girl Underground

                                   Girl Underground
This week for book club we started a new book. The new book we are reading is called Girl Underground. The book we were reading before was called Boy overboard. Girl under ground is about this girl who moves to a new school. Her parents are thugs and they steel things. When she and her parents had a talk,said bye and things when she left a big cloud of gust came and a police car came she thought it was after her but it wasn't. A boy came out with to police men and walked into the school when she came in her room she felt like she didn't fit in. And that's all of chapter 1-2. For our tasks we had to make a Google drawing of a part in the story.
